I’m an executive coach and consultant based in Fuquay-Varina, working with business owners, senior leaders, and professionals across the Triangle and internationally. Before launching my coaching practice, I spent over 30 years as a City of London lawyer and later as a senior in-house counsel and C-suite leader, experience I now draw on to help clients navigate growth, change, and complex people challenges. My style is direct, supportive, and practical: I create a confidential space to think clearly, pressure-test ideas, and turn good intentions into action.
