Yoga in the Park
Red Elephant Yoga is happy to sponsor FREE yoga for any body... any age... every Sunday morning, 8-9AM, at Mineral Spring Park in Fuquay. Bring a mat or a blanket for this very easy introduction to yoga. Local yoga teachers are volunteering their time to guide you through an hour of very gentle stretching and relaxing.
