Downtown Business owners will compete in Fuquay-Varina’s 2^nd annual Scarecrow Competition.   The event will launch on October 23 and will remain on display for voting through November 7^th. Each business owner is challenged to craft a Scarecrow that best represents something about their business.  The People’s Choice award is given to the business who accumulated the most Votes by the public placing a Quarter ($0.25) in the Scarecrow’s donation jar. Donations are split between the F-V Emergency Food Pantry and F-V Downtown Revitalization.
