Local nonprofit board members and executives are invited to attend this training workshop. This workshop is designed to help nonprofits improve and strengthen their organization, and is based on the North Carolina Center for Nonprofits Principles and Practices for Nonprofit Management. This workshop is an overview of topics such as advocacy and civic engagement, board governance, equity, diversity and inclusion, financial management, fundraising, human resources, strategic planning and more. It is designed for nonprofit executive or leadership staff and board members. Participants will receive a complimentary copy of Principles and Practices for Nonprofit Management.
