"Six Sigma ~ What It Is"

Objectives and Content:  To impart an appreciation for the quality effort and specifically what constitutes the pursuit of 6 sigma. 
Participants will analyze a small, simple item for the origin of possible defects -  and compute Six Sigma limits. This analysis will lead to a better understanding of what constitutes six sigma quality and the effort required to achieve it.

Audience:  Production line employees, Supervisors, Quality Teams
