Ideally the relationship between an organization and its employees is one of mutual support. An organization expects the employee to assume his fair share of the productive effort, and in return the employee expects to be recognized and rewarded for individual effort.
The purpose of this course is to help the manager design and implement functionally effective performance appraisal processes and instruments. The performance appraisal form is a paper tool specifically designed to assist the manager in analyzing a subordinate’s behavior as a basis for specific improvement actions.
