Free Health Screenings

On Saturday, January 12, 2013 the Sam's Club on South Saunders Street in Raleigh, NC will host our monthly health screening event. This event is a value of up to $150. We will check glucose, AIC diabetes blood test, BMI (Body Mass Index, blood pressure and there will be vision testing & Screenings. This is event along with our open house is free to all who come to the club and you do not have to be a member of Sam’s Club.
