Day in Downtown
Day in Downtown will again take place in the beautifully revitalized downtown historic business district on Main Street. Last year’s Day in Downtown had estimates of 10,000 people in attendance.
Arts and Craft, chili cook-off, and entertainment will continue this year along with the Fuquay-Varina area business exposition. This year Day in Downtown will fall on Halloween and events are planned to involve families in some traditional Halloween activities. These are sure to increase attendance and make the day even more fun packed.
The Fuquay Cruisers Car Club will participate for the 7th year with their Classic Cars. The show attracts many entries, and lots of spectators. Added this year will be the latest of new cars on display.
We hope that you will be able to participate in Day in Downtown this year. We’re proud of our community, and look forward to celebrating in the heart of what makes our small town the place to be.
