Our featured speaker will be Jennifer Vaaler, Ind. Damsel Pro & Self Defense Diva. Jennifer will be speaking on Safety in the Workplace: Personal Awareness & Preparedness.

This session empowers you to be aware of your surroundings with your friends, family and coworkers. Whether you are at work or home, running, or out with the girls, there is fact-based education that can and does save lives. Jennifer will share different non-lethal self defense tools and how to use them properly, how to develop self awareness in different surroundings, and how to get away if you feel threatened.
