The Commercial Real Estate Bus Tour is an annual event that takes real estate developers, agents, and landowners on a tour of available commercial properties in Fuquay-Varina.

Location
The event kicks off with a continental breakfast at the Fuquay-Varina Community Center at 8:30, followed by a presentation by the Fuquay-Varina Economic Development Director, Jim Seymour. The tour will take about 2.5 hours, and at the Wake Tech culinary technology program's gourmet restaurant, Flavours, for lunch.
Fees/Admission
Free for bus riders (limited to 50)
$50 per property entered on the tour (maximum of 3)
$250 for sponsorship ~ bus stops and riders disembark for a tour of property (1 left)
