2025 Fuquay-Varina Economic Development Summit Presented By First Federal Bank

Her session is titled "Capturing Opportunity: Strategies for Businesses to Capitalize on Growth in the Triangle Region" Growth in the Research Triangle Region is going to accelerate with the location of several large economic development projects. Businesses in Fuquay-Varina can capture new opportunities that will emerge from the changing economic and demographic landscapes. The keynote address at the Economic Development Summit with provide insights on how you can position your business to capture these emerging opportunities.

*Mayor Blake Massengill will open us with a welcome and quick highlight on exciting things happening in Fuquay-Varina for 2025. 

*Assistant Town Manager - Development Services, Jim Seymour will lead us in a session called "Advancing Progress Through Public Private Partnerships". Participants will gain a better understanding around the public investment being made to leverage private sector investment in Fuquay-Varina.

*There is an optional bus tour sponsored by Pine State Construction Group after the Summit to show you projects around our area starting at 2:00pm. The bus tour is lead by our Assistant Town Manager Jim Seymour and other key town staff. Please make sure you purchase your ticket in advance as this bus tour sold out last year.
