DESCRIPTION:This one-hour workshop will be a review of different types of incentive plans   their advantages and disadvantages.  \n\n\n\nIncentive pay is based on extra pay for extra productivity.  Money is a motivator   so is recognition for doing an outstanding job.  The major reason for incentive pay is to motivate people to work more efficiently and make more efficient use of materials\, equipment and other resources.  Incentives are not the answer to all personnel or production challenges\, but they can\, if handled correctly\, do much to increase worker productivity and instill pride in their jobs.  If planned and handled responsibly\, both company and employees are winners.\n\nPre-registration is requested.
