DESCRIPTION:Join us for an extra special Women's Connect virtual event. Two of our locals get real about combating something we may all be facing in our own unique ways: anxiety. Two of our own local business women will be delving deep to share some of their own previous experiences in dealing with "new normal's"\, and the resulting anxieties.\n\n \n\nKatie Wall\, financial advisor with Edward Jones\, and Tracy Watson\, realtor with Go Watson Realty\, will get honest and vulnerable\, as they discuss the what\, why\, and how of the strategies they have used to combat and overcome anxiety in their own lives\, and move forward to their "next normal's". Also hear from a local mental health expert and clinical hypnotherapist\, Claudia Rickard\, on strategies and tools that may be helpful for you.\n\n \n\nGrab a beverage\, find a comfy spot\, and listen in next Tuesday\, May 5\, at 4pm.\n\n\nJoin us for our Women's Connect Group\, dedicated to empowering local women through connection\, positive vibes\, and community. Each month will focus on a different topic\, but always with an over-arching theme of self-care. Learn from local female leaders\, non-profits\, and entrepreneurs\, while connecting with other local women in the area.
