Additionally\, Lechelle Wardell from Wake County Human Services will be discussing the 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment.\n\nEvery three years\, Wake County conducts a comprehensive examination of the needs of citizens\, known as the Community Health Needs Assessment. This collaborative process  includes health care providers\, non-profits\, government\, faith-based\, education\, and business organizations.  Input is sought from residents though surveys\, focus groups\, and statistical data in order to identify both needs and resources.\n\n\n\nThe 2019 Community Health Needs Assessment\, including the county priorities has been completed in the last couple of months. In addition\, the Board of Commissioners (BOC) will be broadening this process to include priorities such as the Population Health Task Force. An brief overview of the assessment findings will be discussed.
