DESCRIPTION:Objectives and Content: This program will describe the steps to a lesser-known\, but highly effective method for helping managers "see" waste in all its forms.  Sometimes waste is hard to spot.  The key to this method is the Japanese word KIZUKI\, which means to "notice" the unseen.   The Ohno Circle was developed by Taiichi Ohno\, the father of the Toyota Production System (TPS).  He is also given credit for developing much of the Lean Manufacturing techniques.
