DESCRIPTION:The Chambers of Commerce for Holly Springs and Fuquay-Varina are co-sponsoring an educational opportunity.\n\n\n\nTo present sufficient information to enable a person to write his or others job description. This workshop outlines methods for analyzing and describing job content which may be modified to fit the particular work environment. The Job Description is an accurate record of duties\, responsibilities\, working conditions and worker requirements. It forms the basis of training programs\, job assignments\, employee job indoctrination\, employee performance reports\, hiring specifications\, and it facilitates wage surveys. Exercises in writing job descriptions will be employed.\n\n \n\nThis workshop is appropriate for supervisors\, managers\, human resources personnel\, or anyone interested in writing job descriptions.\n\n \n\nYour instructor will be Fred Eargle\, Retired from College of Engineering\, NC State University.
